RITUANA respects the privacy of every person who visits our website. This Privacy Policy describes the personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you.

This policy applies to rituana.com and to purchases made directly through this site. RITUANA ships only within the United States. Sales through Amazon and wholesale channels are governed by separate terms.

Information you provide. When you place an order, create an account, contact us, or subscribe to our email list, we collect identifiers and contact details such as your name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and phone number, along with information about your purchase. You may also shop as a guest without creating an account.

Information generated through your use of our website. As you browse rituana.com, we collect information such as your IP address, device and browser type, referring URLs, the pages you visit, and the time you spend on each page. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies described in Section 6.

Information from third parties. Payment processors transmit transaction confirmations to us; carriers provide delivery status; analytics and advertising partners provide aggregated insights about how our website is used.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will delete the information promptly.

2. Sensitive Personal Information

RITUANA does not collect sensitive personal information as defined under the California Privacy Rights Act, including Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, government identifiers, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, biometric identifiers, health information, or information about sexual orientation. Our website and products are intended for adults. We do not direct our services to children under 13 and do not knowingly collect personal information from them. RITUANA matcha contains caffeine and is intended for purchase only by individuals 18 years of age or older.

This website and our products are intended for residents of the United States. We do not solicit business outside the United States and do not currently ship internationally. If you access our website from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative.
