RITUANA typically prepares and ships each order within five business days.

Shipping

Orders shipping within the contiguous United States qualify for free shipping at $50 and above. Orders below this threshold ship at a flat rate of $7.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands ship at a flat rate of $11, regardless of order size. We do not currently ship to Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, or outside the United States.

We ship via tracked carrier. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of ceremonial matcha and our commitment to food safety, all matcha sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of any tea products, whether opened or unopened.

Should your order arrive damaged or defective, or should you receive an incorrect item, please contact us through our contact form within seven days of delivery. We may ask for a photo of the affected item. We will send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

For lost or undelivered packages, please contact us within seven days of the expected delivery date. In some cases, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

The determination of whether a product is defective rests with RITUANA, made in good faith based on the information provided.

Sales Tax

Matcha is a non-taxable food product in California.
